Michael C. Seidler
Founder & CEO
Michael C. Seidler is the Founder and CEO of Madison Alley Global Ventures, and also serves as Founder and CEO of MAGV Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and FINRA member firm.
Before founding Madison Alley, Michael supported global strategic planning and managed the investment portfolio for The Interpublic Group – overseeing $200 million worth of global investments across 15 companies and four venture funds.
He was an Associate at Goldman Sachs before moving to Interpublic, and has also worked at American Online and CompuServe.
Michael holds Series 24, 28, 63, and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.

Robert Pickering

Marketing & Technology ServicesRobert Pickering is an accomplished CEO and 30-year veteran of the digital marketing and technology industry.
Before joining Madison Alley, he served as CEO and Board Member of LBi International AB, where he led key strategic acquisitions that developed LBi into the largest independent full-service digital agency in Europe. In 2004, Robert led the IPO of LBi International AB onto Euronext. In 2012, Publicis Groupe acquired LBI for $540 million.
Prior to LBi, Robert was Chairman and CEO of Origin, a technology services company that was sold for $2.5 billion to Atos, to form Atos Origin. He was also a partner at both Arthur Andersen/Accenture and Price Waterhouse in his early career.
Robert holds Series 63 and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.

Boris Fridman
Managing Director
Marketing Tech & DataBoris Fridman leads the digital marketing, media, and advertising technology practice at Madison Alley. As a former entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in building and leading successful technology companies in the mobile, consumer internet, and marketing sectors.
Before joining Madison Alley, Boris was CEO of Crisp Mobile, a premium mobile advertising platform for brands and agencies, that was acquired by Quotient. Boris was also COO of SJ Labs, which developed the revolutionary magicJack VoIP consumer device and was ultimately sold to Israel’s VocalTec.
As an entrepreneur, Boris founded and was CEO of Broadbeam Corporation, which became a premier supplier of wireless middleware products to enterprises worldwide.

Suzane Mokbel
Managing Director
Marketing Tech & DataSuzane Mokbel has nearly 20 years of experience in M&A, capital raise, divestiture, and strategic business development in the B2B and B2C marketing, software, data and AI/ML driven emerging technology sectors. She successfully led numerous transactions in the marketing automation, software and data and analytics, retail technology, and consumer internet.
Prior to joining Madison Alley, Suzane worked at KPMG in the TMT advisory practice and Houlihan Lokey, a middle market investment bank where she focused on software and data sectors. Suzane also formerly worked at Petsky Prunier and Merrill Lynch where she advised clients in the advertising technology, marketing services, education technology and healthcare information sectors.
Suzane holds Series 63 and 79 (investment banking) FINRA regulatory licenses.

Veersen Ghatge
Director
Marketing & Tech ServicesVeersen has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, primarily focused on the Technology Enabled Business Services sector.
Prior to joining Madison Alley, Veersen was a founding partner at a private investment firm focused on Technology & Marketing Services firms. As an investor, Veersen has developed significant expertise in the strategic and financial investment considerations unique to the lower middle market.
Earlier in his career, Veersen was an Investment Banker in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Wells Fargo Securities. At Wells, Veersen was involved in private and public company M&A and helped raise more than $10 billion in debt and equity financings for clients.
Veersen has an MBA from New York University, M.S. in Computer Science from Binghamton University and B.E. Computer Engineering from University of Pune, India.
