Interpublic Sells LP Interest in AIG Global Sports & Entertainment Fund

Madison Alley Advises Interpublic on the Sale Transaction The Interpublic Group has sold its funding commitment to and Limited Partner interest in AIG Global Sports & Entertainment Fund. The buyer of the LP interest and funding obligation was the General Partner of the fund. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
