Interpublic Sells LP Interest in Media & Ad Technology VC Fund

Madison Alley Advises Interpublic on the Sale Transaction The Interpublic Group has sold its funding commitment and Limited Partner interest in a marketing, advertising and media technology fund. The LP interest and obligation were sold to Thomas Weisel Global Growth Partners. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
