LBI Acquires Creative Digital Group

LBI International is proud to announce the acquisition of Creative Digital Group LLC.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) May 14, 2007 — LBI International AB (’LBi’), the leading international full service digital agency network, announces that it has acquired Creative Digital Group LLC, which is located in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. CDG, with sales of $10 million and 35 employees, is an interactive agency specializing in the strategic devel-opment and creative execution of online advertising and rich media campaigns. This full service digital agency will complement LBi’s existing operations in New York City. While terms of the transaction will not be disclosed, the acquisition is highly earnings accretive to LBi and subject to an earn-out.
