Madison Alley Global Ventures hosted its annual Private Cocktail and Dinner Event in the historic wine cellar of Il Buco restaurant located in the NoHo district of New York City on June 11, 2014.
The full capacity event brought together strategic corporate development (M&A and investment) executives, institutional investors (VCs and PEs), technology lenders, and CEOs of leading media and advertising technology providers.
The roundtable format included representatives from the various stages of capital transactions, enabling CEOs to gain perspectives from technology lenders, early and late-stage VCs, strategic corporate investors and M&A executives in this sector.
The event was attended by senior corporate development executives of Acxiom, AOL, Meredith Corporation, Verizon, Viacom, and other leading media and marketing corporations.
Founder/CEOs who had built an ad technology company into a market leader and exited for premium value shared their unique experiences. Corporate development (M&A) executives added their thoughts on paying premium value for an acquisition.
Other topics discussed were the current state and future of programmatic buying, video and rich media, multi-channel audience data intelligence, and multi-screen content development and distribution.
Considering the high praise for the full capacity event, Madison Alley will host another private dining experience in a similar roundtable format this fall in the San Francisco Bay Area.
