On November 8, 2017, Madison Alley Global Ventures hosted its annual Silicon Valley private cocktail and dining networking event at Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA.

The topic of the evening, “Realizing Premium Value in Data-driven Marketing, Media, and Advertising,” featured Distinguished Panelists from Madison Alley’s $250 Million Plus Club, namely:

– Jason Lopatecki – Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of TubeMogul, acquired by Adobe for $540 million
– Jay Fulcher – CEO of Zenefits and former CEO of Ooyala, acquired by Telstra for $420 million
– Doug Knopper – Co-founder and former Co-CEO of Freewheel, acquired by Comcast for $400 million
– Anneka Gupta – Co-CEO of LiveRamp, acquired by Acxiom for $310 million

Michael Seidler, Founder & CEO of Madison Alley, moderated the panel and commented, “We were so fortunate to host four distinguished panelists who shared their story of building data-driven digital market leaders to strategic M&A exits from $300 million to over $500 million. It was an incredible evening of insights that we are still digesting.”

Attendees included 50 industry leading Founders and CEOs, strategic corporate development (M&A) executives, and global investors from companies/firms including Acxiom, Adobe, Nielsen, Telstra, Twitter, Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), Accel-KKR, and others.
