December 16, 2020, New York — Madison Alley Global Ventures is pleased to announce the expansion of its leadership and client services team with the addition of four exceptionally talented new hires with highly relevant experience.
As the preeminent independent strategic M&A and capital advisory firm in digital marketing, advertising, media and commerce, Madison Alley is expanding to capitalize on the acceleration in these markets and the rapid digital transformation in customer experience and commerce.

Madison Alley has filled four key positions: two Managing Directors, a Vice President, and a Senior Analyst.
Mr. Reuben Hendell has joined Madison Alley as a Managing Director in Commerce and Marketing Services. In this role, he will be actively engaged with clients in these sectors to help maximize their offerings, value, and growth in the marketplace. Mr. Hendell is an experienced leader in digital services, having built and run Digitas, MRM//McCann, eBay, and Blue Acorn iCi throughout his career.

Mr. Andreas Roell has joined Madison Alley as a Managing Director, leading digital performance marketing and services client engagements. A 20-year technology and online advertising veteran, Roell was the co-founder and CEO of EGM Worldwide, where he partnered with leading Arab entertainment companies to develop the Middle East’s largest video-on-demand platform. Prior to EGM Worldwide, Roell spent 12 years as the Chairman and CEO of Geary Group, one of the largest independent search agencies globally.

Madison Alley also hired Bill Flatley as Vice President to manage client relationships and interface with senior investment banking professionals in all facets of the transaction process. A graduate of Georgetown University, Flatley spent three years at a boutique investment bank, where he was involved in 10 M&A and capital raises in the digital marketing and advertising sector. At Madison Alley, he will support advising clients in the digital marketing, commerce and technology sectors towards successful strategic M&A and capital transactions.
To service its growing client base, Jack Landsberg has joined as Senior Analyst. Landsberg will support the executive team with research and development of client materials and transaction processes. A graduate of Stanford University, Landsberg brings independent agency and media strategy experience, working for Intersport, SOCIALDEVIANT and NFL.
