Madison Alley Advises Interpublic on the Sale Transaction

The Interpublic Group has sold its funding commitment and Limited Partner interest in a Silicon Valley-based advertising and media technology venture fund.

The LP interest and funding obligation were sold to Thomas Weisel Global Growth Partners.

Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
